Preparing to rent an office

1. Establish an office rental request

Based on your current and future use, rental budget, and current and future business plans, establish your new office requirements. A typical rental request includes the following criteria:

Basic: Location, area, rent budget, rent price, rental period;
Real estate characteristics: Traffic connection, parking space, level of completion, air conditioning system, communication, elevator, fire protection, service quality;
Timelines: At the latest, you must move your current location, start making furniture, enter a house, start operating in a new location;
